(Depending on availability and cleaning, we can arrange early check-in or late check-out.)
What do I need to enter the condominium?
A document must be presented to the security guard, which will be sent to the tenant for signature.
To enter the apartment, the door code will be sent to you one day before arrival.
What is the maximum capacity of the apartment?
The space is designed to comfortably accommodate 8 guests.
Is the apartment close to the parks?
Yes, we are located in a strategic area:
- Disney: 15-20 minutes.
- Universal: 30 minutes.
- Outlets and shopping centers: 20-30 minutes.
- Airport: 35-40 minutes.
Can we cook in the apartment?
Yes, it has a fully equipped kitchen.
What's near the apartment?
Within a 5-15 minute range, there are:
- Walmart.
- Target.
- Publix.
- Restaurants.
- Malls.
Is smoking or vaping permitted inside the apartment?
No.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment or anywhere in the building.
There are designated areas for this in the parking lot.
Is parking available?
Yes, the apartment has two parking spaces in the parking lot.
You can use whichever one is available at the time, but no more than two.
Are pets allowed?
NO, the condominium does not allow pets.
If we had an emergency, is there a medical center nearby?
Yes.
AdventHealth Four Corners ER is 0.5 miles or a 4-minute drive away.
It is recommended that you take out medical insurance before traveling.
